Intellectual virtue and its role in epistemology

An overview is presented of what I take to be (some main aspects of) the role intellectual virtues within epistemological enterprise. Traditionally, theory knowledge has been thought central project, but since, as explain, aren’t required for knowledge, this might suggest that they have only a marginal play in debates. argue against suggestion by showing how are fact crucial several core (and inter-related) topics, including nature inquiry, epistemic axiology and our understanding ignorance.
